Robert Wildfell - Privacy Policy.
This policy explains how I handle your personal information when you make an enquiry, book a performance, or interact with my website. Your privacy is important to me, and I’ve done my best to make this as clear and straightforward as possible.
I may update this policy from time to time to ensure it stays in line with current regulations and best practices. If I do make changes, I’ll update the date at the bottom of the page. You might want to check back occasionally to stay up to date.
What I Collect and Why
When you make an enquiry or a booking through my website, I may collect:
Name and contact details (email address, phone number, and postal address) – so I can get in touch with you about your booking and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Event details – things like the date, time, venue address, and any special requests.
Mailing list subscribers – If you’ve signed up, I’ll collect your name and email address to send occasional updates, news, and offers you might find interesting.
I don’t use your phone number for marketing purposes, and I’ll only call you if it’s necessary for your booking. No unwanted texts, I promise!
How Long I Keep Your Information
I only keep your personal information for as long as necessary to manage your booking and any follow-up, such as feedback or resolving issues. If you're a regular client, I may retain your details for reasonable ongoing use to make future bookings quicker and more convenient.
If you’ve subscribed to my mailing list, your details will stay on the list until you choose to unsubscribe.
Sharing Your Personal Information
Here’s the simple version: I don’t sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Ever.
The only time I might share your details is if I need to work with another supplier to fulfil your booking (like if I arrange for another performer in my place). Even then, I’ll only share what’s absolutely necessary, and it will always be in line with this policy.
Cookies and Website Use
My website may use cookies to improve your browsing experience. Cookies are small files stored on your computer that help things run smoothly – like remembering items in a shopping cart or keeping track of your preferences.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer, but some features on my website might not work as intended without them.
Your Rights and Controlling Your Information
You’re in control of your information.
If you’ve subscribed to my mailing list, there’s always an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of my emails. Click it, and you’ll be removed from the list straight away.
You can ask me to delete or update any personal information I hold about you by getting in touch directly.
Changes to This Policy
I might update this policy occasionally to reflect changes in the law or my practices. If I do, I’ll update the “last revised” date below.
Your Acceptance
By using my website or providing your information, you’re agreeing to this policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. If you continue using the site after changes to the policy, I’ll take it as your acceptance of the updated terms.
Contact Me
If you have any questions or concerns about this policy or how your information is used, feel free to reach out. You can contact me through my website or on social media, and I’ll be happy to help.
